I'm responsible for formatting multiple reports a day.
Many people who send me the reports don't know how to write a report well. I know that there are templates but I'm wondering if there is also another application preferably browser-based that I could set up so that users could fill-in information according to format? Does Excel have the ability to export word docs? I was thinking of creating something like a Google form that forces people to go through our formatting process. Almost like a quiz or test, guiding the writers from step to step. Half of it is teaching people how to write a report the the other half is getting the info in right places, ie the intro where the intro should be, the conclusions where the conclusion should be etc. Anything like that out there? Is it customizable? Can it be off line? Thanks |

There are (surprise) templates!
You can restrict editing and put in content controls that are exceptions. |
