Default Changing size of multiple indents

I have several long documents from a very clever and very arrogant BA. He sees fit to put highly indented pseudocode into an inch-wide column, using multiple indents of 0.1 inch. I'm trying to paste the pseudocode into a full-width document with indentation wide enough to see.

I can change the indent size in Format/Paragraph, but that doesn't retroactively change the width of indents in existing documents, it just removes them so lines are left-aligned.

Nor can I find a way of setting multiple indents using the Ruler.

I'd happily settle for saving as text and applying a script to reformat, but save as text doesn't convert indents to spaces, just removes them.

I think there may be a VB script, but please note (and apologies for) the archaic version of Word. I guess I can convert the docs to a more recent version and find a recent Word version.

If you could attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive) this would be much easier to advise on. You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

Thanks for the quick reply. A tiny example is attached. The underlined top line serves as the first level of indent and there are two more levels below.

What do you want to do vis-à-vis the table the psuedocode is in? Changing the indents is easy enough, but you'll soon run out of room with the existing table.

Thanks Paul,

I want to extract the right-hand columns to a full-width new document, with indents or tabs of 0.6 cm or more. I've had no problem selecting the column contents and pasting into a new document. The indents are there, but they're still tiny.

OK, so extract the data, indented as-is, then run the following macro. The code presently multiplies all indents by 2.5, which will change 0.1in indents to 0.25 in (6.35mm). You can change the multiplier to any other value you prefer.
Code:
Sub ExpandIndents()
Dim Para As Paragraph
For Each Para In ActiveDocument.Paragraphs
  Para.LeftIndent = Para.LeftIndent * 2.5
Next
End Sub

Many thanks Paul, works a treat.

I can even indent the lines under the top-level underlined line, and they all indent by the new width. This will save a lot of time with red pen and ruler (honestly, I've had to rule parallel lines on a printout on previous occasions).
