I have several long documents from a very clever and very arrogant BA. He sees fit to put highly indented pseudocode into an inch-wide column, using multiple indents of 0.1 inch. I'm trying to paste the pseudocode into a full-width document with indentation wide enough to see.
I can change the indent size in Format/Paragraph, but that doesn't retroactively change the width of indents in existing documents, it just removes them so lines are left-aligned. Nor can I find a way of setting multiple indents using the Ruler. I'd happily settle for saving as text and applying a script to reformat, but save as text doesn't convert indents to spaces, just removes them. I think there may be a VB script, but please note (and apologies for) the archaic version of Word. I guess I can convert the docs to a more recent version and find a recent Word version. |
