Hello,
i'm an italian user and ineed help building a macro.
i need to capitalize a certain letter in a legal document:
i need to search for every word ending with *vi and to substitute it with the same word with the capital *Vi
EG
esservi
to
esserVi.

You don't need a macro for this - it can be done with Find/Replace. Just make sure the 'Match case' option is checked.

Alternatively, use a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = vi>(?)
Replace = Vi\1
