Default Autocomplete in Word 2013

I am looking for a way to use an autocomplete function in Word 2013. In a previous version of the programme I was able to store autocomplete functions and by typing:

KR it would automatically type the words :Kind regards

Similarly I stored: YF for: Yours faithfully

I was able to use this option on a daily basis for many frequently used words.

But, I am unable to find out how to do this with Word 2013. Can anyone help please?

Look up AutoCorrect.

If you still have your previous version of Word installed, the article above has links to a utility that will let you copy your old entries into Word 2013.
