Default Sort bibliopgraphy alphabetically.

I want to sort my bibliography alphabetically, by name of the author. I've created it using word 2013 function references->citation. What I need is a number after each paragraph, that correspondes with it's author. The numbers need to be in numerical order, the corresponding author in the bibliography below need to be in alaphabetical order. I downloaded bunch of different styles for the citation, but I didn't find anything like this. Can you please help me?
Here is an example
text text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text text [3]

text text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text text [1]

text text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text texttext text text [2]

[1] Aavram
[2] Bobby
[3] Cidney

The bibliography in Word is a single field and can't be sorted in any way other than what the citation format provides for. The nearest you'll get to what you've specified is the ISO 690 - Numerical Reference or the IEEE 2006 system, both of which list the entries in order of first citation.
