Question How to change a picture format so that it has dark blue points instead of light blue

How to change a picture format so that it has dark blue points instead of light blue ones? I need it bacause of grouping.

When I insert a picture, sometimes it appears with dark blue points arround it and sometimes it has light blue points. When a picture has dark points, I can group it together with another picture and a text field. But when it has light points I canīt group it.

Please help me! :-)
