Word 2010 how do i set default position for image
Hi can I ask for a little help please I have a word 2010 document with several pages each with one image inserted on each page,
When I import the image on to the page I am working on it is quite a large image and I have to click on the bottom right corner and resize the image to the size I want to display, the problem with this is I would like the position and size of the image to be the same on every page. My question is there a way I can force word to display the image size and place in the same position on every page without having to resize and position every time I add a new page Regards |

To do that, you would need to put a single-cell table on each page, in the location where you want the image to go, then give the table a fixed width (i.e. set the preferred width and disable the 'automatically resize to fit contents' option) and set the row height to an 'exact' size. Then, whenever you insert an image, insert it in-line into the table. Thus inserted, the image will resize to fit the available space, with the correct aspect ratio.
