Some one challenge me to make the same box as he made.
It was actually a just a word that were cycled by a continuous dash line around it. I remember that it can be done with Microsoft Word 1993 or 1997 (don't know exactly which one). Please help me to make the same thing in Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010. Sorry for the rough translation. Thanx |

Without seeing what you want, it is hard to know which way to advise. One way is to overlay the word with a transparent 'oval' autoshape that has a dashed outline.

Hi,
do you mean the 'good old' animated text effects? Thay are no longer accessible via font formatting in Word 2007+. You can only 'revive' them using a VBA procedure using one of the constants: wdAnimationBlinkingBackground wdAnimationLasVegasLights wdAnimationMarchingBlackAnts wdAnimationMarchingRedAnts wdAnimationShimmer wdAnimationSparkleText wdAnimationNone NP ![]() |

To get them in later versions of Word, see Animated Text Effects in Ribbon Versions of Word.
