I own a HP DESKJET 1000 J110 , I also have an HP Deskjet 3510. I can print almost to the edge on my 3510 while using borders in my word documents, When I choose the HO 100 j110, I will not print the same, It cuts off the boarders, both printers are set up the exact same I am I printing the same document. Can anyone help? Thank you so much in advance. I need the borders to almost be to if not on the edge of the pages. the attachment is the document that I am trying to print in the 1000, the borders does not print on the bottom

The difference will be due to the printer hardware; most printers have a non-printing area around the page borders, used for the paper feed mechanism.

I was looking on HPs site and it states that the printer has .5 margins, I am assuming that is what you are talking about, so I set the margins at .5 all around, and if you look at the attached photo, still no luck

That suggests you're using Letter-size paper (21.59*27.94cm) in the printer instead of the A4-size paper (21*29.7cm) your page size in Word is configured for. Changing the page size in Word, or putting A4 paper into the printer and making sure that's what it's configured for, should resolve the issue.

So I changed the paper size in word as you suggested, confirmed that the printer is also set at that same size, margins are 1.27cm all around as HP suggest. When viewing it in work it looks perfect, till I go to print, and again, This is what I get. No bottom border on the page.

If you go into Page Setup>Page Border>options, you'll find the border size is 24pt (1/3in). Try increasing the bottom border, especially, to 36pt (1/2in).

I can only go to 31pt, and no luck, still same out come

Try the attached. I've moved the margins higher and set the border distance from the margins instead of the page edges. If that doesn't help, I'd suggest there may be an issue with the printer, so check the maker's website for updated drivers. Even uninstalling/reinstalling the existing one might help.

Paul, That did work and it does print the border, I use this as a document as a price list the my customers see, with that said it not being center just wont do it for me, but after some more research, it is the printer that is making this happen I believe. I have found I am not the only person with this issue on this same printer. Thank you again for all of your help.
