Default Need some Serious Help

I need some serious help. I created a word document. It's basically an invoice with check boxes, and forms for typing. It is one page. I want it to stay one page. On 2 parts of my word doc, I have a comments "section."

Example:

Qty Amoun Scan price:
Drawing: $250/ea
V-cuts: $ 40/ea
Cores: $50/ea
Travel: $.40/km
Exp/Misc:

Comments: As I type ----------------->

TEXT I WANT TO STAY IN POSITION AND NOT MOVE

When I protect the page, and start typing in the comments whenever I add enough text to create a new line, it MOVES everything DOWN. I would like to find a way to lock that so when my text WRAPS to the next line, it is LOCKED and everything stays in position.

I hope I explained it clear enough. Thank you
