Greetings, I am helping a client and am stumped. They have XP, word 03 & word 07 When we open folders for the docs, we are seeing red and blue dots on various document names. What does this mean, what do I need to do? thanks!! Robert

I expect you mean Windows XP, and Word 2003 and Word 2007. (For Word 03 you have to go to an old Macintosh.)

Yes the documents open fine.
When we open a Windows folder containing ms word documents, on the left side of the document name is a dot. What I saw yesterday were all red dots. One dot on each name. I wish I could do a screen print but I cannot. These are clients of lawyers.
