Default Moving between Rich text content controls

I have created a form for a client in a table format. In the cells I have used various content controls - mainly Rich text content controls , combo box content controls and check box content controls.

when filling in the form you have to manually click on each item to fill it in/choose option F11 and Tab to not move to the next box.

any way to make this happen?

Rich Text content controls allow users to insert tabs; plain text content controls don't. AFAIK you can't change that behaviour.

thanks, unfortunately I cant change them to plain text as I have used TONS to vba in the background to make each box do certain things

Is there any macro or something that I can add that will allow F11 to move to the next box?

You could possibly adapt the code at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/211219. That code's designed to trap Enter keys in formfields and I imagine the process for trapping Tab keys in content controls would be similar.
