How can i set a default font size?

I have resaved Normal.docx in Word 2013 -- all the attributes, such as margins, Font (Arial), font colour, orientation, etc. etc. save fine, but the font SIZ.. is always 11pt...

I want it to be 12 pt. Arial.. how can achieve this??
