Default Transferring Autocorrect entries from 2010 to 2013

I am trying to transfer my autocorrect entries created in Word 2010 to Word 2013.

So far all I can find are instructions or macros for transferring entries from versions prior to Word 2010 to Word 2010, none of which seem to work for transferring from Word 2010 to Word 2013. Can anybody help?

Also I would be interested in any way of restoring the autocorrect right click menu.

I have just managed to circumvent the security settings imposed by Office and finally imported my Autocorrect list!

I would still welcome help on the right click menu though. Why on earth Microsoft removed it beggars belief, it was one of the most useful features in Word.
