My MS Office 2007 is backing up ALONE

I'm have a 2007 MS Office, and Word seems to be backing up files by itself without me asking it to...

I have a file server which has a shared file (ofcourse) that is having this problem, Im not finding a solution as non of the PC's I've checked have the auto backup file option in (word options) checked...

Where is the problem?
