Thanks again. I hope I am abusing my privileges for asking too many questions. But I hope you don’t mind one or two more. I have been going back and forth between Word and PDF document. I have decided to keep and work with a PDF document, but I want to print some sections and -to be environmentally correct- save some paper which leads me to ask another question. On my PDF file, all pages are in boxes. If I increase font size, some text disappears. I figured there must be a way to make the margins smaller, but I could not figure it out. Is it possible to change margin for a PDF document. If so, how Thanks again. EK |

I'm not familiar with PDF editing, though each page in a PDF is a stand-alone unit and changing font sizes, etc on one page won't cause any text reflowing to/from other pages.
I'm not sure why you'd want to increase the font size if you want to save paper (I'd have thought you'd want to decrease it). However, you can tell Acrobat to print multiple pages per sheet.

The reason is that the font on this document is really small, 7& 8. Thanks again. EK
