Getting the message "Word cannot start the converter mswrd632"
I have some word docs that can't be opened, and I am getting the message shown above. How do I go about correcting this issue? One of the messages that I got was, 'Either a reinstall or a repair install of Office will be necessary to fix this problem."
I would appreciate some assistance to fix this problem.
