One of my users has words printed twice. The words are not repeated (visually) on the document just repeated when printing. It is user specific and the same on any printer. So a 4 page document may have 3 words repeating when printed. EX: This is a house house. The second House is not seen in the document but it will print both houses. Once it has picked the words to repeat, it repeats them always even after saving, exiting and restarting. If I single space my print is fine, until I double space.
