Word 97 doc and Windows 8
I am living in Thailand and every 90 days I have to go to Immigration to confirm my address. Before doing this I download Word document TM 47 from http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004...?page=download. In Windows 7 I could add requested info but in Windows 8.1 I can still open form in Office 2013 but read-only so no details can be added. Know that different Office's have different extensions but am I just having bad luck and have to wait till Immigration update their download forms or is there another solution? Thanks for any suggestions offered also if this turns out to be a no go issue. At least I know then I do not have to search any further.
