character size will not properly reset.
I have a line space between groups of lines of characters - 10 lines of characters, one empty line, then a further 10 lines of text followed by another empty line, etc.
The page is set to 11 point characters. When I try to reduce just the line space between paragraphs - the empty line - from 11 to 8 point, to close up the paragraphs, the flashing cursor is reduced to 8 point, but the line space remains 11 point and the paragraphs do not edge closer together as required. How to overcome so I don't have to poke out my brain with a sharp stick? |

Hi shipshaper,
To aid in diagnosis of the issue as it relates to your document, can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive) with the problem areas highlighted? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

Good practice (often) is not to use blank lines to provide space between blocks of text: use a separate style for the first paragraph in the block instead, with more space before.
