Default How to insert a cover page inbetween each existing page when printing

Hi all just wondering if it is possible to insert a page or pages in between each existing page in word for printing.

what I have is a document where each page is a sign off sheet for several different crews.

once a week or so I need to push out information packs.

at the moment the sytem is to print the sign off doc then print 20 or so information sheets and combine them manually.

there has to be an easier way. I've done a few searches but not sure of the correct wording for what I want to achieve

any help would be appreciate
