Default How to insert a cover page inbetween each existing page when printing

Hi all just wondering if it is possible to insert a page or pages in between each existing page in word for printing.

what I have is a document where each page is a sign off sheet for several different crews.

once a week or so I need to push out information packs.

at the moment the sytem is to print the sign off doc then print 20 or so information sheets and combine them manually.

there has to be an easier way. I've done a few searches but not sure of the correct wording for what I want to achieve

any help would be appreciate

It sounds you need a mail merge.

No sure that mail merge is what I'm after but I will look into it further.

I may not have explaned it too well. An example of the signoff sheets would be some thing like

Quote:
"Crew Talk
Date Crew Talk given _____________________
Crew talk delivered by____________________
CREW TALK –VENTILATION CHANGE

name date signature
joe blow
max pow
john doe
eddy betty
dign batt

Comments__________________
___________________________"

There might be 10 to 20 names on each page for about 20 pages. Once a week a new talk will come around that needs to go out with each crew sheet

Given the variable names, this sounds like a Directory/Catalogue merge candidate, especially (the terminology depends on the Word version). To see how to do so with any mailmerge data source supported by Word, check out my Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at:
http://windowssecrets.com/forums/sho...merge-Tutorial
or
http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip

The tutorial covers everything from list creation to the insertion & calculation of values in multi-record tables in letters. Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it.

Sorry, still having difficulties.
For some reason the windowsecrets link wont let me register and without registering I can't download.

I have been trying to work through the zip linked files but the tutorial doc doesn't seem to be displaying all the required text

Both sites have the same tutorial, so you can download it from the second one without registering at the first.

As for:

it's all there - have you read the Introduction?
