I've been printing #10 business envelopes in Word 2010 for years with no problems, face up, Logo upper right corner. Now, suddenly, the addresses are printing upside down. I've tried everything in Word that I can think of and I've deleted the printer driver and reinstalled it. Still upside down. What's happened to one of my favorite features? Help please! (Every now and then I switch to personal size envelopes but I've never had a problem with it auto switching back to #10 when appropriate. I've checked the size and it's fine.)

Can you please clarify: when you say reverse and upside-down, alternately, do you mean the address also appears in the diagonal corner, or in the corner directly below where it should, or actually where it should but reversed?

Thanks for replying! The latter is the case, the address is perfectly positioned on the envelope but is reversed. Nothing I've tried has changed the problem.
