Does anyone know if you can keep a calendar template full o info but change the year?
I have a 2013 calendar on a WORD TEMPLATE full of info that I want for a 2014 calendar. Does anyone know if you can change the YEAR and have all in the info shift into the right places?

Yes, you can, but not easily. We are talking cut and paste here, not push a button.
You could set up such a calendar where changing the year would change all the dates but it would be work. Look at Microsoft Word Date Calculation Tutorial. You would need to link certain events by day of week or day of month. I would not be eager to undertake doing this. |

Thanks!
I certainly appreciate your reply!
In the cheapy programs like printmaster, everything would change for you. Now I decide to use a more sophisticated program (I think) and it won't change years easily. It looks like I'll be starting from scratch! So many dates...so little time! Thanks for the info. |

This is a good example of the difference between a desktop publishing application (even an inexpensive one like Printmaster) and a word processing application (Word). |
