Default Wrong hyphenation

Hi to all,

unfortunalety Word (2010) produces some horrible hyphenation mistakes in German.

So: Is there any possibility to make Word
- either not to hyphen specifics words, or
- much better simply 'learn' the correct hyphenation?

Thanks

TWIMC ...

... as there seems to be now answer to this question, I - now - use the following workarround:
  1. Type miss-hypenated word with conditional hyphen(s) at correct position
  2. Copy
  3. Open AutoCorrections dialog
  4. Paste into Replace field
  5. Select 'Fomatted text' instead of 'Text only'
  6. Save.
Allow auto-correction during typing and the annoying issue is (nor really but somehow) solved - the word is replaced by a version containing optional hyphens at the right (!!!) position.

Sorry if not all menu or dialog items are correctly mentioned, my Word is the German version ...
