Default Word 2013 Recover Previously Saved Data

Okay, so, I lost my flashdrive (it fell out of a hole in my bag), and it had some really important stuff on it (I do not have a recent enough backup). Before I lost it, I made some changes to the file I need on my computer in MS Word 2013, saved them and ejected my flashdrive. Nothing in that process broke (like unexpected shutdown or unsaved data). How (if possible) can I recover my data?

Life Lesson: Always check for holes in bags and backup like there's no tomorrow.

EDIT: I also have copies of Word 2010 and 2007, all of which I have opened this file in.
