Question Checkboxes or Userforms

Thanks for the reply. The users would be able to identify the sentences by the first seven or eight words. They use them over and over again, so visibility of the entire text would not be necessary.

That all being said, sorry for being such a newbie, how would I go about creating a "procedure" to remove the unchecked rows and convert the remaining ones to text?

If a userform is the best way to go, how involved is it? I've read Greg Maxey's page on userforms, but I get stuck. ANY help you could provide would be really appreciated. Thanks again,

Mark
