Find & Replace: Wildcards (except this pattern)

How can I find (highlight) the texts except "<html>" and "<css>"?

Code:

\<[a-zA-Z]@\>

will only find "<html>" and "<css>".
If I use

Code:

[!\<[a-zA-Z]@\>]

It does not find anything.
