I need to do something like in the attached picture:

I need to align left the description of the various things, but align on the right margin the units of measurement. I want them to be all well aligned to the margin, but I don't know any method to automatically "fill" with blank space the line I'm writing.

Can you help me?

Note you can have a ...................dot leader between your left and right sides. This is often done in a Table of Contents.

Another method is to use a borderless two-column table with one column left-justified and the other right-justified. This is often done in Resume templates.
