Default Margin in Table of Figures

I have an annoying problem in MS Word, when I write short caption for a figure, it appears ok in table of figures, but when the caption is longer than one line, the margin is shifted in the table of figures.

I have attached an example

Thanks for your quick reply, unfortunately that did not solve the problem, the text is not adhering to settings.
I will try re-word the captions to be shorter :-(

This is the caption after changing Style settings

You say it's "that did not solve the problem, the text is not adhering to settings", but I can see no evidence of a problem - the TOF appears as I would expect it to. Changing the 'TableOfFigures' Style format has no bearing on the Caption Style format. If you want to change how the Captions appear also, you need to change their Style to what you require.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, the issue is when I write long captions (for a figure), that caption will be shifted in the table of figures.

When I tried your suggestion, it helped in fixing the right tab and left left indent, but for some reason there is a gap in the beginning (first line indent).
Note fig 2, 3 and 4 in the attached image.

Is it something wrong with MS Word installation?

Again, that has nothing to do with the captions; it's because you have your Table of Figures formatted with right-alignment rather and left-alignment or justified.
