Stop review query when small case at beginning of line

In 2010, I'd start with Review > Spelling and grammar > Proofing.

For "Word thinks you ought to have a capital letter here", click [AutoCorrect options] and clear (uncheck) the "Capitalise first letter of sentences" option.
For "Word thinks you ought to have a question mark", I'd clear (uncheck) the two options "Mark grammar errors as you type" and "Check grammar with spelling" in the same Proofing panel.
