Word doesn't use workbooks - that's an Excel concept. If you want a 30-page document, simply press Ctrl-Enter 29 times to add the required pages. Unless you've configured the document with a 'different first page' or 'different odd & even' page layout, your header & footer will appear on each page. Do note, though, that adding more than one page of content to these pages will increase your page count unless you delete any unwanted page breaks.

Thank you
Yes that worked and created 30 pages with the Header and Footer but it did not transfer the table on the first page to each page...only page 30 had the table and headings Thanks |

Your first post mentioned only header & footer content - nothing about body content. A simple solution would be to put your table in the header - assuming you want exactly the same content to appear on every page (even after editing the table); otherwise, you'll need to copy the table & paste it onto each page.
