Microsoft Word opens but won't open documents and then when you close word it says a problem caused the program to stop working unexpectedly. It then restarts but the same thing happens. I've virus scanned, tried to set a previous system restore point (which is also now not working), unloaded and reloaded word. Any suggestions?
