The document has text form fields and is restricted to unintentional editing without a password. When I add a command button to run the vba it shows up on the form when printed. The form already has a company logo on it, so I was thinking maybe it could be set up to run the vba and when the form is printed no extra command button. I can run the vba using the macro in the tab if I stop the protection first.
