Need help creating a Word document that is populated based on certain selected values

Dear All,

I would like to create a word document based on the selection of certain criteria. The end product that i am trying to create would be a word document with lots of choices to include paragraphs based on the below selections.

Two of the below are more than 250 characters.

First i would pick from the below selections:

1. Male or Female
2. local or non local
3. US or Non US
4. Contractual or Staff

Basically, i am looking to populate a contract letter. this letter has up to 8 additional paragraphs that may or may not be inserted based on whatever is needed. I hope this is clear enough--happy to answer any questions.

Since you're using Office 2007, the simplest approach would be to save the optional content as custom Quick Parts that can be inserted as needed. See:
