Evenly Space Text Boxes in Word
I was wondering ig anyone might know of a simple way of evenly spacing text boxes across a page horizontally? I am creating a flow chart that is 4 rows of text boxes with about 4 - 5 text boxes per row. I have been manually trying to space each row evenly but it is very time consuming and does not look evenly spaced. Is there any way to do this? I am using Office 2007.
Thanks for any suggestions you may have. |

Have you tried to insert a table and using the table cells as your text boxes? Use the Insert ribbon and select the Table drop-down menu to format to your specifications.
Hope this helps... |

That is a good idea. Not sure why I didn't think of that. Thanks for your help. I will try that.
