Hi,
I have a word document where i pasted in some highlighted text. (black text with a blue background). Now the blue highlighting cannot be removed. When i select the highlighted text, then select the highlighting feature, and click "no color", nothing happens...it just remains with the blue background. Do you please know how i can get rid of the blue background highlighting.? Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 01-12-2019 at 11:35 AM. Reason: Mark as solved |

It may be shaded rather than highlighted.
First, there is always the option to paste as plain text. Select it, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, use paste options to paste as plain text. Otherwise, Select it and press Ctrl+Spacebar. |
