Make text fields clear after printing in preparation for next applicant
I have a form created from scratch in Word 2010. The form has over 50 data fields. All
will need to be cleared, after printing, so next applicant's information can be entered. So far the form works well in all things except clearing the previous applicant's data once the form is printed. Can anyone tell me a way to automatically clear the form after printing? The form is for a local Food Pantry and any help greatly appreciated. |

You have the wrong approach to this. instead of using and re-using a standard document, you should be using a document template, so that when each user creates a new document from it, they get a new document with all of the fields already empty.
