I am using crossreference for numbered paragraphs like the following:
(3) a. I finally ate today at almost 1pm... b. I usually don't eat on game day but I ate today for some reason. It shows up at the insertion point as (3), and if I insert letters it shows up as ((3)a). But I do not want to have two parentheses here and want to have it as (3a). Is there a way to remove the inside parenthesis? I am using Word 07, but I wonder if later version support that function. Also, in the crossreference dialogue box I see in the right pulldown menu options like: Paragraph number Paragraph number (no context) Paragraph number (full context) Could someone explain what their difference is? Thanks. |
