Default How to mark underlined words in a sentence as A, B, C, D (beneath the words)

I want to create some multiple choices question in Word 2010 similar to some questions in SAT (circle the answer A, B, C, D or E. These letters are beneath the underlined words in the sentence)



So please help me out how to mark underlined words in a sentence as A, B, C, D.
