Default Is there an unlock and lock button in form tools for Word 2013?

We just upgraded to Word 2013 from Word 2003. The Form controls are different, and we can't locate the "Lock" button to easily protect and unprotect a form while in it. Our Judge used to unlock as needed, and now the only way we can seem to figure this out is to use the Restrict Editing feature which seems quite cumbersome. Does anyone know of a tutorial that would walk us through this process? We are very new at this, and can't seem to make it work with our old form fields. Thank you so much for any help or suggestions.
