Question Slow (delayed) keystrokes

While working in a Word document, I held down the Shift key for a few seconds. A box appeared asking if I wanted to do something related to do with "keystroke filter". I accidently clicked the "Yes" button. Now I must hold down keys about 2 seconds before the keystroke is recognized. I cannot find how to cancel this. Can anyone help. Thanks.
