Increasing the size:
Make your problem window the same size as the one that is not a problem.

This is very weird that it does this, I know. I can get mine to look like your problem window just by making the window shorter. The note about the title was addressed more to the search engine on the site than to you. By putting the correct label in, I made this thread something that can be found by the search engine when someone else has the problem.
