I use MS Word 2010 & 2013 and write essays for school. I use the formatted bibliography for the reference page, but the links in the reference entries do not show up as being hot in the paper. People reading my paper need to be able to click the links in the bibliography to check the references. How can I make the links be hot? The links in the paper are hot/ok, it just happens in the bibliography.
