Default How do you save different 'versions' onto the same file (Office 2007)

Hello,
I would like to save multiple versions of the same document, without having to save a new file each time. IE. StoryV1; StoryV2; StoryV3 etc.

I see that in older versions of Word, you used to be able save "Versions". This does not appear to be the case in Office 2007.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Kevin

Versioning is no longer supported in Word 2007 and later. But you may find the following macro by Graham Mayor to be useful: http://www.gmayor.com/SaveVersionsAdd-in.htm.

Hi Kevin

The 'Versions' feature has been deprecated, so you'll now need to save different copies of the file using Save As.

PS: Please don't post the same question multiple times and don't post Word questions in the general Office forum (as the notice there says), but in the Word forum.
