Default Keeping exact layout of source document when I copy and paste

Hi,

I am a teacher who is trying to do their maths planning for the week ahead...I have a large document which I do not want to have to email each week, instead I am trying to copy just a couple of pages - into a blank word document.

However, try as I might each time I copy the information and paste it into the destination file some of the spacing and formatting changes...I have tried all of the ways I know how.

I have included an example of the document as well as the destination file...
I'm going mad...what should take a matter of half an hour has turned my sunday into a stress!!

Each page is slightly different in that there is a margin running down the page in a slightly different position...when I try and paste, some information dissapears off the page al together!

For example, try and copy the first two pages into a new blank document!!!

Can anyone help?!

kind regards,

Matt
