Thanks MacroPod for your quick reply.
I am new to Styles so not sure what i am doing wrong. I created a new word document, set the font to Arial, size 11 and the colour i want. I selected a piece of the text, and went to Styles in the mini toolbar above the selected text, and selected 'Styles', 'Create a style' and gave it the name ArialBlue11 Then saved and closed the document. I opened a new Word document, typed some text in a different font, selected some text, but when i go to 'Styles' in the mini toolbar, the new Style titled ArialBlue11 cannot be seen. Do i need to save this new Style in some special way so it can be seen in all documents... preferably old documnets as well as new ones? Best Wishes, Dave |
