Can't get outline -- or whatever this is -- off my Word document
Help! I hit something wrong and now, in whatever Word document I open, there are gray lines delineating paragraphs. Every return inserts a new gray line across the page. What did I do, and how do I get it to TURN OFF? So frustrating!!

Do these lines print? Does anything happen when you press the Tab key?
What you are talking about may be text boundaries if they do not print. Is it one box per page? |

They don't print. I got rid of them by hitting draft instead of outline, but every time I open something the outline reappears, and the draft no longer looks like a nice neat page like it used to. It fills the entire screen.

Sorry, I can't reproduce this in Word 2010 and my 2013 machine is in the shop.
