![]()
I'm creating an index using the MS Word Index feature. I've used the bookmark function to indicate that xyz appears on pages 30-40, for example. But how do I indicate contiguous pages for an entry within a simple run-in entry?
For example: Smith: Ann, 4; Toby, 10; Henry, 6; Peter, 4-18, 21, 25, 50-55, 73. Is there a way to get Peter's entry to appear as indicated here? do I combine simple sub-entry marks with marking of text across several pages? If so, how to do it? Thanks for any help you can give. Claire |
